When you request a delivery, apply for a trade account or join our launch list, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and order preferences. That is it. We do not buy lists, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
Your details are used to plan routes, deliver your water and contact you about your account. We keep order records for accounting and for the delivery history attached to your address.
Who sees it
Only the Himalayan Alkaline team and, where a delivery requires it, the driver on your route. We do not sell or rent personal data. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on this site.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by replying to any message from us. Joining the launch list is optional and every launch email includes a way to leave it.
Terms
Updated October 2026Deliveries
Delivery windows are estimates and depend on route conditions. We will contact you before your first delivery to confirm the window. Standing orders can be skipped, paused or cancelled at any time before the route is locked for that week.
Bottles and returns
Our bottles are recyclable and we ask that you recycle them once empty. If a delivery arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within seven days and we will replace it at no cost.
Trade accounts
Wholesale pricing is quoted per account and is valid for the volume stated in your agreement. Accounts are opened subject to route availability in your area.
Launch pre-orders
Pre-orders placed before launch are not charged until your first delivery is scheduled. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before that point with no obligation.
